Until mid-July, the 100/200 is all about “Water & Salt”.

“Water & Salt 2023”

From May 5, the focus will be on fish and seafood of a quality that is almost unheard of in a restaurant.
Whether you love the world of water or not is irrelevant, because the tasting menu Thomas Imbusch has put together here is unique!

However, this will probably be the last season in which we focus on fish and seafood as a complete menu.
All the more reason to reserve your seats now!

Opening hours until July 15, 2023

Dinner:

Tuesday to Saturday from 18:30

Lunch:

Friday and Saturday from 12:00 noon
