FAQs about 100/200 and glory

Here you will find initial answers to possible questions about the 100/200 and our à la carte restaurant Glorie.

Reservations can only be made by purchasing a ticket.
To view all available dates, please go to our booking page at TOCK.

As with a sporting event, concert or theater ticket, all our ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Requests to change a reservation are at the sole discretion of the management.

We ask for a minimum lead time of 72 hours for any request to reschedule or change.

Your ticket is not personalized and is therefore fully transferable.

To transfer a ticket, go to the “My Account” section of Tock and select “Your Tickets” in the top right navigation area.
Each ticket has a “Transfer” button where you can enter the name of another person.

Tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the expense of the purchaser.
We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.

Your advance payment for the ticket/reservation includes the meal you have booked.

All supplements to the meal, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, hot drinks or individually bookable arrangements will be charged separately on the day of your visit.

The Carte Blanche menus are the result of craftsmanship, nature and our passion.
Customization is therefore not possible.

With our four seasons, there are various ways to get to know our cuisine when it best suits your personal preferences.
Apart from that, we do not omit any components or adapt dishes.

You can also drop by the GLORIE spontaneously at any time.

You can choose between different types of drinks to accompany your meal.

This gives you the opportunity to enjoy around six glasses of wine over the course of the evening.
These will accompany, support or even challenge the food – depending on the occasion – but will always be a pleasure to taste and discover.

Of course you can also choose drinks à la carte (glass or bottle).

We do not specify a dress code.

However, please bear in mind that a special moment is often supported by a special “external aesthetic”.

Photography is permitted as long as it is done without flash and does not affect or disturb other guests.

Dogs may only be brought along after personal consultation.

Arrival by cab, MOIA, car: Navi address Brandshofer Deich 68
U and S Bahn: U4 and S3 and S5 to Elbbrücken.

With some car sharing providers, the address is outside the drop-off zone.

The reservation is binding.
If the reservation is canceled 48 hours before the visit, we charge € 35.00 per person.
